Lemon-Grilled Swordfish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 (1-inch thick) swordfish steaks (about 3 lb.)
    1/2 c. lemon juice
    2 Tbsp. minced fresh parsley
    2 Tbsp. olive oil
    1/2 tsp. seasoned salt
    1/2 tsp. lemon-pepper seasoning
    Hollandaise Sauce
    chopped fresh chives
    lemon wedges
Preparation
    Place steaks in a shallow dish.
    Combine lemon juice and next 4 ingredients and stir well; pour evenly over steaks.
    Cover and marinate in refrigerator at least 2 hours, turning steaks occasionally.
    Grill steaks over medium-hot coals 7 to 8 minutes on each side or until fish flakes easily when tested with a fork. Spoon Hollandaise Sauce down center of steaks and sprinkle with chives.
    Serve with lemon wedges.
    Yields 6 servings.
