Quick Shepherd'S Pie(Meat And Potatoes In One Pretty Dish.) - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1/2 c. cream of mushroom soup
1 lb. ground beef
1/4 c. finely chopped onion
1 egg, slightly beaten
1/4 c. fine dry bread crumbs
2 Tbsp. chopped parsley
1/4 tsp. salt
dash of pepper
3 c. mashed potatoes (instant works just fine)
1/2 c. shredded mild cheese

Preparation

Mix 1/2 cup soup, beef, onion, egg, bread crumbs, parsley and seasonings.
Press firmly into a 9-inch pie plate.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 minutes. Spoon off fat.
Frost with potatoes. Top with cheese. Bake 10 minutes more.
