Breakfast Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. shaved ham
    6 slices bread
    1/2 lb. shredded sharp cheese
    2 Tbsp. minced onions (optional)
    6 eggs
    1 1/4 c. milk
    1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Cut bread in large circles.
    Tear outer part of bread in bite-size pieces.
    Spread in greased 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Layer bite-size pieces of ham and cheese on bread pieces.
    Top with bread circles.
    Combine remaining ingredients and pour over top. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
    Bake, uncovered, at 325\u00b0 for about 40 minutes.
