Ingredients

3 eggs
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 c. coconut
1 tsp. vanilla
1 Tbsp. vinegar (white)
1 Tbsp. cornmeal
1 stick margarine
1 (9-inch) deep dish pie shell
Preparation

Combine eggs, sugar and margarine.
Stir in balance of ingredients.
Pour in 9-inch unbaked deep dish pie crust.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 to 60 minutes.
Don't overcook.
You can refrigerate this pie, but it's better at room temperature and it will keep for several days, covered, outside refrigerator.
