Cranberry Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 pkg. cherry Jell-O
3 c. water, boiling
1 c. pineapple juice
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
2 c. ground raw cranberries
2 c. chopped celery
2 c. crushed pineapple, drained
1 c. chopped walnuts
1/4 tsp. grated orange rind (optional)
Preparation
-
Make Jell-O according to package directions.
Add lemon juice and pineapple juice.
Chill until partially set.
Add remaining ingredients.
Pour into oiled shallow pan or individual molds until firm.
Serve on lettuce leaf.
