Chicken Pilaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2/3 c. long grain rice
    2/3 c. broken thin spaghetti
    1/2 c. chicken broth
    1 c. fresh or frozen thawed broccoli florets
    1 c. cooked chicken, cut into julienne (thin) strips
    1/4 c. sliced green onion
    1/4 c. diced red bell pepper
Preparation
    Brown rice and spaghetti in oil until golden in 2-quart saucepan. Add chicken broth and bring to a boil. Add broccoli and thyme. Cover and simmer 15 minutes or until rice is tender, stirring occasionally. Add remaining ingredients and heat thoroughly.
    Yields 6 servings.
