Lamb With Green Beans - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. green beans
    1 1/2 lb. lamb chunks
    butter, about 1/3 c.
    1 onion, diced
    1 stalk celery, diced
    few pieces green pepper
    salt to taste
    1 (12 oz.) can tomato puree
    1 c. water
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    dash of allspice
Preparation
    Brown lamb in butter, then add green beans, onion, celery, green pepper.
    Cover and steam until tender, about 45 minutes.
    Add tomato puree, water, salt, pepper and cook 15 minutes longer or until done.
    Serve over rice.
    Serves 4.
