Crab-Stuffed Mushrooms(Hors D' Oeuvre) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 lb. medium mushrooms
    1/2 lb. crab meat or canned
    1/2 lb. cream cheese
    1/2 c. garlic croutons, finely crushed
    Parmesan cheese, grated
    paprika
Preparation
    Clean mushrooms and remove stems.
    Mix together the crab, cream cheese and croutons until blended.
    Mound mixture into mushroom caps.
    Sprinkle tops generously with Parmesan cheese. Sprinkle lightly with paprika.
    Broil until piping hot and delicately browned.
