Chicken-Celery Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 chicken or equivalent, boiled and deboned (reserve broth)
    2 c. raw rice, cooked in reserved broth
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1/2 can milk
    1/2 small onion, chopped
    2 ribs celery, chopped
    1/2 tsp. dry mustard
    1/2 tsp. poultry seasoning
    1 small can sliced mushrooms
    1 small can sliced water chestnuts (optional)
    2 Tbsp. mayonnaise
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients and place in greased casserole.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
