Broccoli Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1/2 c. chopped celery
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped broccoli
    2 c. cooked rice
    1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    1 (10 3/4 oz.) can condensed cream of mushroom soup
Preparation
    Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
    In 10-inch skillet melt butter; add onion and celery.
    Cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until crisply tender, 4 to 5 minutes.
    Reduce heat to low; add broccoli. Cover; continue cooking until broccoli is broken up, 10 to 15 minutes.
    Stir in all remaining ingredients.
    Pour into greased 1 1/2-quart casserole.
    Bake for 30 to 40 minutes or until heated through.
    Makes 6 servings.
