Creamed Spinach - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 - 10 oz. frozen spinach, cooked and drained
8 oz. cream cheese
1/2 lb. butter
1/2 chopped onion
salt and pepper
Pepperidge Farm Herb Seasoned Mix
Preparation

Saute onions in butter.
Add cubed cream cheese to hot drained spinach.
Add sauteed onion.
Season with salt and pepper. Put in casserole.
Top with stuffing mix (dry).
