Cauliflower And Cheese Puffit - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. cauliflower florets
2 oz. Cheddar cheese, grated
1 slice bread
2 tsp. prepared mustard
2 tsp. mayonnaise
2 medium eggs
1 c. skim milk
1/2 tsp. paprika
dash of salt and pepper
Preparation

Cook cauliflower in water to barely cover; drain.
Place in 9 x 5 x 3-inch loaf pan.
Top with cheese.
Slice bread horizontally to make 2 slices.
Spread 1 side of each with mayonnaise (1 teaspoon each) and the other with the mustard.
Place mustard side up.
Beat remaining ingredients.
Pour over bread.
Bake at 400\u00b0 for 35 to 40 minutes.
Remove and place under broiler until brown. Yield:
2 servings.
