Ozark Pudding* * * * * - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3 eggs
2 1/4 c. sugar
6 Tbsp. flour
3 3/4 tsp. baking powder
1/3 tsp. salt
3/4 tsp. baking soda
1 1/2 c. chopped walnuts
1 1/2 c. diced peeled apples
whipped cream (optional)

Preparation

A neighbor, who was born in Holland, gave me this soup recipe. One day to be different, I added the kielbasa and really liked it.
The Ozark Pudding is Bess Truman's that I first tried in Clovis, New Mexico.
