One Hour Rolls(My All-Time Favorite) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. dry yeast
    1/4 c. warm water
    1 1/2 c. buttermilk or 1 1/2 c. milk with 1 1/2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1/4 c. sugar
    1/2 c. cooking oil
    1 tsp. salt
    4 1/2 c. flour
    1/2 tsp. baking soda
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 425\u00b0.
    Dissolve yeast in water and let set. Combine buttermilk (or milk and lemon juice mixture), sugar, oil and salt.
    Sift flour and soda in a large bowl.
    Mix yeast with buttermilk mixture and add to flour.
    Let stand 10 minutes.
