Sesame Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 Tbsp. sesame seed
1/4 c. sugar
2 Tbsp. cornstarch
1/8 tsp. ginger
1 c. water
1 c. crushed pineapple, drained
1/3 c. soy sauce
1 clove garlic, crushed or 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
2 to 3 lb. boneless, skinless chicken breasts
2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
white rice
Preparation

Lightly brown chicken in pan. Remove chicken from pan and add sesame seed to pan. Brown on low.
Remove pan from burner.
Add sugar, cornstarch, ginger and water. Add pineapple, soy sauce and garlic. Cook until thickened.
Add chicken and simmer for 45 minutes.
