Peach Cobbler - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. butter
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 c. flour
    2 tsp. baking soda
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. sweet milk
    1 (No. 2) can peaches, drained (reserve juice)
    1/2 c. sugar
    cinnamon
Preparation
    Cream butter and 1/2 cup sugar.
    Add dry ingredients and milk. Beat until smooth.
    Pour into buttered pan.
    Drain juice from peaches.
    Lay peaches on batter.
    Sprinkle with 1/2 cup sugar and then sprinkle with cinnamon as desired.
    Pour juice from peaches over mixture.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 45 to 50 minutes.
