Bark Candy - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. candy coating (vanilla, chocolate or butterscotch)
1 c. unblanched almonds, peanuts, walnuts, pecans, mixed nuts, sunflower seeds or raisins
Preparation

If candy coating is in a solid piece, break into squares. Place in a single layer in a 2 quart casserole.
Microwave at Medium for 4 to 7 minutes, or until coating can be stirred smooth, stirring once or twice.
Add nuts, seed or raisins.
Stir to coat evenly.
Spread on wax paper to 1/4-inch thickness.
Cool until set, then break into pieces.
Makes 1 1/4 pounds.
