Fruit Delight - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pie shell, baked and cooled
    1 1/4 c. powdered sugar
    4 oz. sour cream
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1 small egg
    1/4 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 c. whipping cream
    3 Tbsp. sour cream
    3 Tbsp. powdered sugar
    1 can crushed pineapple
    1/2 c. chopped nuts
    1/2 c. maraschino cherries, chopped
    1 Tbsp. coconut
Preparation
    Cream together the sugar, sour cream and butter.
    Add egg and vanilla; beat until smooth.
    Spread mixture in pie crust; cool for 30 minutes.
    Whip the cream, sour cream and powdered sugar; mix well.
    Add pineapple, pecans, cherries and coconut.
    Spread mix over chilled filling.
    Chill pie until ready to serve.
