Energy Bars - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. quick cooking oats
    5 Tbsp. margarine
    1/4 c. honey
    1/2 c. peanut butter
    1 (10 1/2 oz.) pkg. miniature marshmallows
    1 c. raisins
    3 c. Rice Krispies
    1 c. dry roasted peanuts
    1/2 c. sunflower seeds (optional)
Preparation
    Spread oats in a shallow pan.
    Toast in a preheated 350\u00b0 oven for 15 minutes or until golden brown, stirring once.
