Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 c. oil
3 c. flour
3 c. diced apples
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 c. raisins
1/2 c. nuts (optional)

Preparation

Mix well and bake in 9 x 13-inch pan. Bake 45 minutes at 350\u00b0.
