Rice Cheddar - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. cooked rice
    2 Tbsp. oleo
    3/4 c. sliced green onions
    1/4 c. diced pimentos
    1 c. Cheddar cheese, diced
Preparation
    Saute onions in margarine until golden brown.
    Add pimentos and rice; cook over low heat until thoroughly heated, stirring constantly.
    Stir in cheese.
