Cream Puffs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 eggs
    1 c. boiling water
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. butter or oleo
    1 c. flour
Preparation
    Combine butter or oleo, salt and water in saucepan.
    Heat to boiling; add flour to boiling mixture.
    Beat vigorously until mixture leaves sides of pan and does not cling to spoon.
    Remove from fire and cool slightly.
    Add unbeaten eggs, one at a time, beating thoroughly after each addition, until mixture is smooth. Drop by tablespoonfuls in well oiled muffin tins.
    Bake in hot oven at 400\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    Lower heat to 350\u00b0.
    Continue baking for 10 minutes or until firm and dry.
    Remove from oven; cool. Cut a slit in the side of each with a sharp knife.
    Using a spoon or pastry tube, insert cream filling.
    Sprinkle with powdered sugar or cover with chocolate sauce.
