Spicy Whip Prune Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 c. flour
1 1/2 c. sugar
2 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. soda
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 tsp. allspice
1/2 tsp. melted shortening
1/2 c. prune juice
1/2 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
2 eggs

Preparation

Mix dry ingredients.
Cream together shortening, milk and prune juice.
Add eggs and vanilla.
Add to dry ingredients gradually.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 to 60 minutes, until done.
Test with toothpick.
Can be baked in layer or tube pan.
