Bacon Rolls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 to 1 1/2 loaves bread
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 medium onion, chopped
1 medium green pepper, diced
1 to 1 1/2 lb. bacon
Preparation

Trim the edges of the bread and cut into strips of three per slice.
Combine cheese, onion and green pepper.
Spread cheese mixture on bread and roll, then roll half a slice of bacon around each.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for about 1 hour.
Drain on paper towels. This freezes well.
