Herb Pastry For Quiche - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. flour plus a little for rolling out
1 Tbsp. dried parsley flakes
2 tsp. dill weed
1 1/2 tsp. dried mustard
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 c. butter or margarine, softened
4 Tbsp. cold water or as needed
1 egg, beaten
Preparation

In a large bowl, mix together flour, parsley flakes, dill, dry mustard and salt.
Add butter and mix until ingredients resemble coarse meal.
Sprinkle with cold water 1 tablespoon at a time until mixture is moist enough to leave sides of bowl.
Shape into ball and roll out for pie plate.
Prick bottom of crust and brush with egg.
Cook 10 minutes.
Fill with quiche and cook until done in a 400\u00b0 oven.
