Carrot Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. sugar
4 eggs
1 1/2 c. Wesson oil
2 c. self-rising flour
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. black walnut flavoring
2 c. grated carrots
1/2 c. black walnuts, chopped
Preparation

Mix sugar, oil and eggs. Beat well. Add flour, cinnamon, flavoring, carrots and nuts.
Bake at 350\u00b0 until done in tube pan, about 50 to 60 minutes.
