Dandelion Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 c. dandelion leaves, washed and trimmed
1 1/2 c. sliced fresh mushrooms
2 tomatoes, cut in wedges
1/4 c. croutons
1/4 c. slivered almonds, toasted
1/2 c. Italian salad dressing
1/2 c. coarsely grated Havarti cheese or other white cheese of your choice
Preparation

Combine dandelion leaves, mushrooms, tomatoes, croutons and almonds.
Toss with Italian dressing and sprinkle with cheese.
