Neiman-Marcus Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 stick oleo
    1 pkg. German chocolate cake mix
    2 eggs, well beaten
    1/2 c. chopped nuts
    1 lb. powdered sugar
    2 more eggs, beaten
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Mix first 4 ingredients with spoon (mixture will be thick). Spread in well greased 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Mix remaining ingredients by hand and put over cake mixture in pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 minutes.
    Do not open oven door while baking.
