Blueberry Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. flour
    3 tsp. baking powder
    3/4 tsp. salt
    4 Tbsp. sugar
    1 c. fresh or thawed blueberries
    1 egg
    1 c. milk
    3 Tbsp. vegetable oil
Preparation
    Sift together flour, baking powder, salt and sugar.
    Add the blueberries.
    Combine the well-beaten egg, milk and oil.
    Stir them together.
    Spoon the mixture into a greased muffin pan.
    Fill each cup 3/4 full.
    Cook 10 to 15 minutes at 425\u00b0 until the tops are golden brown.
    Makes 12 large or 18 medium size muffins.
