Betty'S Chocolate Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. whipping cream
    1 c. sugar
    1 c. milk
    6 Tbsp. Nestle Quik
    1/3 c. flour
    1/4 tsp. salt
    3 egg yolks (reserve whites)
    2 Tbsp. oleo
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Mix cream and sugar in a heavy pan.
    In blender, mix milk, Quik, flour, salt and egg yolks.
    Blend.
    Add to pan and bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring constantly.
    Boil 4 minutes. Add oleo and vanilla.
    Cool.
    Pour into baked pie shell and top with whipped egg whites, sweetened with 6 tablespoons sugar. Brown.
