Sausage Stuffed Mushrooms(Appetizer) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. Jimmy Dean hot bulk sausage
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese (lite okay)
2 lb. mushrooms, washed and stems removed
Preparation

Brown sausage; drain well.
Cut cream cheese into cubes.
Mix with warm sausage.
Stuff mushroom caps full (won't run over). Bake at 325\u00b0 about 20 minutes.
There will be moisture in the pan so use jelly roll pan to bake.
Serve immediately.
