Ingredients

1/2 c. hot water
1 tsp. instant coffee
1 (6 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips
3 tsp. sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
3 eggs
1/2 c. whipping cream
chocolate curls (if desired)
Preparation

In blender, combine water, coffee and chocolate chips.
Cover and blend until smooth, about 1 minute.
Add sugar and salt.
Add eggs, one at a time.
Blend each egg in before adding the next. Pour into serving dishes.
Refrigerate until served.
Serve with whipped cream and chocolate curls, if desired.
