Guacamole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 ripe avocados, halved and pitted
    1 small chopped onion
    2 Tbsp. fresh lime juice
    1/2 tsp. Tabasco sauce
    1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Food process all ingredients, chopping onion first on slow to medium speed.
    Tabasco sauce can be adjusted to taste.
    Cover; refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
    Serve with chips or crudites.
