Low-Fat Creamy Garlic Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. peeled, cubed baking potatoes
    1/2 c. skim milk
    1/2 c. plain nonfat yogurt
    4 cloves garlic, minced
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. minced fresh chives
Preparation
    Cook potatoes in boiling water to cover 30 minutes or until tender.
    Drain potatoes and mash.
    Add milk, yogurt, garlic and salt.
    Beat at medium speed of an electric mixer until mixture is smooth.
    Stir in chives.
    Yield: 8 servings (fat 0.1 g per 1/2 cup serving).
