Ham And Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (10 3/4 oz.) can condensed cream of celery soup
    1/2 cup sour cream with chives and onions added to taste
    1 cup shredded cheese of choice
    1 (1 lb. 4 oz.) refrigerated unpeeled potato wedges
    1 1/2 cups cubed ham
    1 cup Lesueur frozen or canned sweet peas
    1 cup French fried onions
Preparation
    Heat oven to 350.
    Spray shallow 2 qt. casserole with nonstick cooking spray.
    In a large bowl, combine first 3 ingredients and mix well.
    Add potatoes, ham, and peas; stir gently to mix.
    Spoon into sprayed casserole and cover.
    Bake covered at 350 for 30 minutes.
    Uncover casserole and sprinkle French fried onions over the top.
    Bake uncovered for an additional 25 to 30 minutes or until bubbly and thoroughly heated.
