Barbecued Meat And Egg Roll - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. barbecue meat
    2 cloves garlic, crushed
    1 piece ginger, crushed
    3 Tbsp. sugar
    3/4 c. shoyu
    1/2 tsp. ajinomoto
    6 eggs, hard-cooked
Preparation
    Soak beef for 30 minutes in mixture of shoyu, sugar, garlic, ginger and ajinomoto.
    Peel hard-cooked eggs and wrap meat around each egg.
    Tie with piece of string or thread.
    Place wrapped eggs into saucepan with leftover shoyu mixture and simmer 20 minutes. Cool, slice and serve.
