Pumpkin Roll - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    1 c. sugar
    2/3 c. pumpkin
    1 tsp. lemon juice
    3/4 c. flour
    1 tsp. ginger
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. nutmeg
Preparation
    Beat eggs on high speed until fluffy lemon color (5 minutes). Beat in sugar, pumpkin and lemon juice.
    Set aside.
    In separate bowl combine flour, ginger, salt, cinnamon, baking powder and nutmeg.
    Add to egg mixture.
    Grease and flour large cookie sheet. Pour batter on cookie sheet (batter will be thin).
    Bake for 15 minutes at 375\u00b0.
    Turn out on towel, sprinkled with powdered sugar and roll using towel's long edges.
    Cool.
    Prepare filling.
