Irish Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. sugar
    3/4 c. raisins
    1 c. buttermilk
Preparation
    Mix together first 5 ingredients in large bowl.
    Make hollow in middle and add the buttermilk.
    Knead lightly on floured surface.
    Make into a flat round with an X on top.
    Bake 45 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    Excellent breakfast bread.
