Easy Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 whole chicken or parts
salt and pepper
1 can cream of chicken soup, undiluted
1 (8 oz.) sour cream
1 strip Ritz crackers, crushed
1 stick margarine, melted
Preparation

Boil chicken until done and debone.
Season with salt and pepper.
Mix together soup and sour cream in casserole dish.
Add meat and stir well.
Top with crushed crackers and pour melted margarine on top.
Bake at 350\u00b0 about 30 minutes.
