Ingredients

1 1/2 c. sugar
2 c. all-purpose flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. ground nutmeg
1 tsp. ground cinnamon
1/2 tsp. ground allspice
1/2 tsp. ground cloves
1 c. vegetable oil
3 eggs
1 c. buttermilk
1 c. pecans
1 Tbsp. vanilla flavoring
1 c. fig preserves
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Spray Bundt pan with nonstick spray. Put all ingredients in a mixing bowl expect pecans.
Beat until well blended.
Fold in pecans.
Pour into pan.
Bake about 1 hour and 15 minutes.
Let stand in pan for 10 minutes before removing from pan.
Top with Buttermilk Glaze.
