Cheryl'S Carrot Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. granulated sugar
    1 1/2 c. salad oil
    4 eggs
    2 c. cake flour
    2 tsp. baking powder
    2 tsp. soda
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. salt
    3 c. raw carrots
    1/2 c. chopped nuts (optional)
Preparation
    Stir together sugar, salad oil, and eggs. Sift together cake flour, baking powder, soda, cinnamon, and salt separately. Combine the two ingredients together and fold in the carrots and chopped nuts. Bake at 300\u00b0 for 35-40 minutes.
