Angel Biscuits - cooking recipe
Ingredients

5 c. flour
1/4 c. sugar
2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. salt
1 c. shortening
1 yeast cake
1 pkg. dry yeast
2 Tbsp. warm water
2 c. buttermilk
1/2 c. margarine, melted
Preparation

Sift dry ingredients together.
Then, blend in shortening. Dissolve yeast in warm water; let stand for 5 minutes.
Add to buttermilk.
Add this mixture to the flour mixture; blend well.
