Layered Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 bag Dole Italian greens
    1/2 c. green pepper, diced
    1/2 c. celery, chopped
    1/2 c. onion, chopped
    1 can LeSueur peas, drained
    1 1/2 c. mayonnaise
    2 Tbsp. brown sugar
    1 tsp. cinnamon sugar
    1/2 c. Cheddar cheese, shredded
    1/2 c. crisp bacon, crumbled
Preparation
    In 13x9 inch glass dish, layer ingredients one at a time, each in a separate layer.
    Do not toss.
    Cover and refrigerate for 8 hours or overnight.
