Old Fashioned Pot Roast - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 envelope onion dry soup mix
    2 1/4 c. water
    3 lb. boneless roast
Preparation
    In Dutch oven, brown roast over medium heat.
    Add dry soup mix blended with 2 1/4 cups water.
    Simmer covered, turning occasionally for about 2 1/2 hours or until tender.
    Can also use roasting pan and cover with foil.
    Roast in 350\u00b0 oven for 2 hours or until tender.
