Marinated Carrots - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 to 2 lb. carrots, sliced
    1/2 c. oil
    1 c. sugar
    1 c. tomato soup
    3/4 c. vinegar
    1 tsp. prepared mustard
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 onion (optional)
    1 green pepper (optional)
    1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
Preparation
    Cook carrots not quite done.
    Mix other ingredients in a blender.
    Drain carrots and pour mixture over carrots.
    Alternate layers of carrots, pepper and onion.
    Let stand overnight.
    Will keep, refrigerated, for weeks.
