Mexican Beef-Stir-Fry - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. beef flank steak
    2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    1 tsp. ground cumin
    1 tsp. garlic salt
    1 tsp. dried oregano leaves
    1 red bell pepper, cut in thin strips
    1 medium onion, chopped
Preparation
    Cut steak into 1/8-inch slices.
    Combine oil, cumin, garlic salt and oregano.
    Heat 1 tablespoon oil mixture in large, nonstick frying pan until hot.
    Add red pepper and onion; stir-fry over medium-high heat 2 to 3 minutes.
    Remove from pan.
    Stir-fry beef strips (1/2 at a time) in remaining oil mixture 1 to 2 minutes.
    Return vegetables to frying pan and heat through.
    Serve in soft taco shells with lettuce, cheese and salsa.
