Frozen Raspberry Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pie shells
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen raspberries, partially thawed
    1 c. sugar
    2 egg whites, beaten
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. Cool Whip
    1/4 c. toasted almonds
    dash of salt (if desired)
Preparation
    Beat sugar into egg whites until stiff.
    Fold in raspberries, Cool Whip, lemon juice and dash of salt.
    Fold into baked pie shells.
    Top with almonds and freeze.
    Set out a few minutes before serving.
    Makes 2 pies.
