Garlic Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. new potatoes (smallest you can find)
    1 tsp. olive oil
    4 cloves garlic, peeled and thickly sliced
    1 Tbsp. minced shallot
    1/8 tsp. salt
    pepper to taste
Preparation
    Scrub potatoes well. If large, cut into thick slices. Steam for about 7 minutes or until firm but slightly tender. Pour oil into casserole dish. Add steamed potatoes, garlic, shallot, salt and pepper.
    Toss to mix well. Bake uncovered in a preheated oven at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes. Stir a couple of times during baking so potatoes cook evenly.
