Ham Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. noodles (8 to 12 oz.)
2 c. diced ham
1 chopped bell pepper
1/2 c. onion
1/2 c. pimento
1/2 diced celery
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 c. sweet milk
2 c. shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
1/2 tsp. black pepper
1/2 to 1 tsp. poppy seed (optional)
Ritz crackers
1/2 stick melted butter
Preparation

Cook noodles as directed. Combine noodles, ham, onion, bell pepper, celery and mayonnaise.
Add pimento last after stirring up the other ingredients. Blend well. Blend soup, milk, cheese, black pepper and poppy seed.
Add to noodle mixture.
Put in a 2 1/2 to 3-quart casserole dish. Top with Ritz crackers (crushed) and melted butter. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes.
