Crawfish Etouffee - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. crawfish tails
    paprika for color
    1 green bell pepper
    1 stalk celery, chopped
    1 whole onion, chopped
    1 bunch green onion tops
    1 stick oleo
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    Creole seasoning to taste
Preparation
    Saute pepper, onion and celery.
    Add crawfish tails, mushroom soup and paprika.
    Cook for 20 minutes.
    Add Creole seasoning and onion tops.
    Simmer for 10 minutes.
    Serve on white rice.
